Most companies clean your house. We keep a hotel — and the hotel is your home.
One dedicated housekeeper. The same hands, the same standard, every visit. Hotel-trained, and quiet about it.
Stay with us, and the rate comes down.
A standing reservation is what keeps a home effortless — and it earns a resident's rate from visit two onward, locked in for as long as you stay. No contracts, ever. Skip or move any visit up to 48 hours ahead, at no charge, and your card is only ever charged after a visit is complete.
Weekly
The house never drifts.
Biweekly
The rhythm most homes settle into.
Every 4 weeks
A monthly reset, kept honest.
One time
No residency required.
Inside 24 hours — or a door we cannot open — a $50 fee applies. That is the visit our housekeeper could no longer fill.
Published, the way a proper hotel publishes them.
Flat rates by the size of the home — the price you see is the price you pay, before your residency discount. Half baths round up. Demo rates.
The Deep Reset and Move In / Move Out run 50–75% above the standard rate — they take twice the hours. Homes over 3,500 square feet are priced by consultation, as they should be.
Small requests, priced plainly.
Add any of these to a visit when you reserve, or ask the front desk the night before.
A heavy-shedding household may carry a small pet-hair surcharge — we will say so before we begin, never after.
Housekeepers trained to five-star hotel procedure, room by room.
One dedicated housekeeper per home. You will know her name; she will know your house.
Discreet by nature. NDA-ready by request.
Liability insurance covers your home; bonding covers theft. Both stand before anyone crosses your threshold.
Every housekeeper passes a national background check before ever entering a home. Fewer than one in twenty applicants makes the team.
W-2 employees paid a living wage — never subcontractors. Well-paid housekeepers stay, and yours keeps showing up.
We arrive with everything, down to the HEPA-filter vacuums. An eco and pet-safe product line on request, at no charge.
Door codes and lockbox notes are stored encrypted. Keys are coded, never labeled with an address, never written on anything a housekeeper carries.
No cash changes hands. Your card is charged only after the visit is complete — never before.
Not happy with any room? Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it free — no forms, no debate.
That is the entire guarantee, and it is the standard a good hotel holds itself to. We would rather redo a bathroom than lose a resident. And if we are ever the ones who cancel on you, a $100 credit appears on your account before the apology does.
A few notes from the desk.
- Most residents are not home when we are — that is rather the point. Leave a door code, garage code, or lockbox note when you reserve. Prefer to be home for the first visit? Most people are; the code comes later, once we have earned it.
- Pets stay. Tell us their names and where they like to hide, and whether the door to the study should remain closed.
- You reserve an arrival window, not a minute — and if parking at your building has opinions, a note in the reservation saves everyone ten minutes.
- There is no need to clean before we clean. Picking up loose items helps the hours go to the actual work, but it is a courtesy, not a condition.
- What we do not do, said plainly: biohazards, mold remediation, pest cleanup, exterior windows, anything above a two-step ladder, furniture over 25 pounds, or wet-wiping electronics.
- A home with heavy buildup may need a Deep Reset before the standard rate applies. We will tell you the price before we start — never after.

The things people actually ask.
How do I know I can trust the people you send into my home?
Because we treat that question as the whole business. Every housekeeper is a background-checked, bonded and insured W-2 employee — we do not send subcontractors, and fewer than one in twenty applicants makes it through our vetting and paid training. On a residency you get the same housekeeper every visit, so the person in your home is someone you actually know. Bonding covers theft; liability insurance covers accidental damage — and if anything ever breaks, we tell you first and make it right.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Most of our residents are not. Leave a door code, garage code, or lockbox key in your reservation notes — entry details are stored encrypted and are never written on anything a housekeeper carries. Prefer to be home the first visit? Entirely normal. Many people do exactly that, then hand over the code once they are comfortable.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean the area free — no forms, no debate. That is the whole guarantee. We would rather redo a bathroom than lose a biweekly resident.
Why is my first visit priced higher than my resident rate?
Because recurring service maintains a home — it does not restore one. Visit one is the Arrival Clean: an initial deep clean that resets everything, from baseboards to fixtures to the buildup in kitchens and baths, so that every visit after can be faster and cheaper. Your residency discount — up to 20% weekly, 15% biweekly — begins on visit two and stays locked in.
Do you bring your own supplies — and are they safe for children and pets?
Yes, all of it — supplies, equipment, the HEPA-filter vacuums. Our default products are effective and residue-safe, and we will happily run a full eco and pet-safe line at no extra charge; just note it at reservation. Pets can stay home. Tell us their names and where they like to hide.
Am I locked into anything? What if I need to skip a week?
No contracts, ever. Skip, move, or end your residency any time — up to 48 hours before a visit there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours, or a lockout, a $50 fee applies; that is the visit our housekeeper could no longer fill. Your card is only charged after each visit is complete.
What is not included in a visit?
We stay honest about limits: no biohazards, mold remediation, pest cleanup, exterior windows, anything above a two-step ladder, lifting furniture over 25 pounds, or wet-wiping electronics. A home with heavy buildup may need a Deep Reset before the standard rate applies — and we will always tell you the price before we start, never after.
People who came home to a made room.
Demo reviews — illustrative, for this demonstration property.
“I walked in Friday to turned-down beds and folded linens and genuinely thought I’d booked a hotel by mistake. Same feeling, every single visit.”
“Same housekeeper every time, knows where everything lives. I leave for work in a normal house and check in that evening like a guest.”
“The kitchen counters, the bathroom fixtures — restored, not just wiped. It smells clean without smelling like anything. Coming home is the best part of my day.”
